“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are……

“Hyatt palace Midtown South was the perfect stay for our family vacay. It was walking distance to Times Square & subway & shopping. The breakfast was good! The only negative was the small rooms. I will be back”

“Everything was good except we had a broken refrigerator in our room that didn’t get replaced until halfway through our 2nd day. That was unacceptable considering the price, also it would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms and not have to come down and use the one in the lobby.”
