“Everything was just fine. There was not anything that I disliked.”

“We enjoyed the hotel overall. Great layout in our bedroom suite. Friendly staff. Pool was nice. Kind of dirty the first day but clean the second day. The hot tub was out of service. It took 10 minutes of running the shower to get any warm water then was never really hot. The mattress in the pullout couch was so thin t our kids couldn’t sleep on it. All the springs poked at them. They weee able to sleep in the couch though rather than the pullout mattress. ”

“The room is beautiful. The stay was quiet. The only drawback was you have to text or call staff when you need something. They do not sit at the front desk. However, they do respond to the text. Staff are nice and polite. I plan to stay again.”

“The East Peoria Residence Inn was a wonderful stay. All of the staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. This includes front desk staff, breakfast staff, and custodians. This facility was very well managed and extremely clean. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay at Residence Inns in the future. ”

“This house is listed as having 5 different bedrooms with 9 available beds. I booked this for 9 work colleagues and I, and when we show up at the house there is only 5 beds. To make the matter worse the home and all the bedroom furniture is literally falling apart, the dishwasher does not work, and the host failed to communicate with me when asking for the checkout instructions. Overall this was an awful experience. ”
