「Excellent 」

「Whenever im up in that area this is my go to hotel. The staff is always so nice. The rooms are always clean. Free parking and complimentary breakfast, ya cant go wrong staying here. 」

「Pools only opened Fridays and Saturdays.. but overall everything else was phenomenal! 」

「When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us...
