“Muy buen lugar atención esmerada y sobre todo mucha limpieza ”

“The property is nice. Staff needs to be friendly. I stood standing in front of staff member having a personal conversation for 5 minutes... with out being acknowledged. I walked away frustrated. The lady in the breakfast - i think she was new... also not very friendly. The lady that was there the second day was very attentive abs polite. The room cleaning staff is extremely loud, yelling in the hall ways .... woke me up both mornings i was there. The stairs need to be fixed as they are……

“The hotel is under construction. You can tell there has been issues since the flood a few years ago but they are working on things. My room was completely redone and very nice. The pool area or main area is very humid which causes a little smell. Channel guides would have been nice but that was the only inconvenience ”
