“Nice room & shower, Great check in staff & good food at Timberlake. Need to work on keeping towels stocked in pool area & staff being available in pool area. Need alot more safety cones & rugs for doorways due to ice & snow conditions. We slid down the hill going to condos. Resort needs to implement some barriers around the lake and bottom of hills to stop a vehicle from going in the lake. Also, resort needs to salt & plow alot more, even in the evenings. Lastly, for $300+ a night, the resort……

“Not a bad place to stay. Older. Needs some updates. Bathroom vanity was really small. ”

“It's a beautiful property; it's old school motor lodge style with drive up/park and your door is right there to the outside. This is not a problem but just more FYI if you are booking. Room is cozy and not large but very comfy, a touch dated but again that's more FYI if you are needing that kind of room. 10/10 would recommend. The staff was so nice, very informative and helpful. ”

“Smells good, very nice rooms, really high quality amenities, and an excellent restaurant with great cocktails and thoughtful wine list. TVs are new and have a built in Roku (idk if it’s actually Roku but you can sign in to Netflix and stuff). Very nice hotel. Google says 3 star but it’s closer to a 4 star hotel IMO.”

“The place was lovely and every member of the staff was processional and helpful. I arrived late and the keys were left inside the box. The security guy came out right away when I called. The only problem was the noise from the upper floor Thank you for such a pleasant stay.”

“Lovely quaint hotel only a few blocks from the Main Street of Blowing Rock. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are great. We loved staying here plus it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our Great Pyrenees dog with us. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Beautiful resort, nature setting and nice and very spacious cabin for 6. Near to Blowing Rock town and supermarket. Shopping outlets are just 5 minutes away. All nature and attractions are a Short drive from there. ”

“Just the perfect getaway. The staff was exceptional. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and service was above expectations. The only reason I gave the grounds a 4 was it was only 5 weeks after the hurricane and they were doing some remodeling but I lay no blame on the resort. The road to the resort was under repair but they are doing a great job of cleaning up and getting back to business. I highly recommend. ”
