However, staying here will be remembered for the outstanding courtesy of the staff, superb breakfasts and evening chai, and its location at the very heart of a vibrant city. Excellent value for money, I have no hesitation in recommending it to visitors who appreciate service over appearance."

"Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The property is just steps away from the iconic Gateway Of India and Taj Mahal Palace hotel. Have a few good restaurants and bars nearby. Will definately stay here again."

"Clean, friendly and the location is near Chandivili (200Rs Auto from T2) which is very high traffic zone, with high bottlenecks from 8am to 10pm. Also the property is located at a very low lying area, If u have car it is good otherwise there is a 100meters inclined slope u need to walk to get to main road to get any kind of transportation."

We had booked two deluxe quadruple rooms, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we encountered was shocking. One of the rooms was completely uninhabitable due to a cockroach infestation, forcing all four of us to cram into the other room. Even the room we stayed in was in terrible condition: 1. "A great hotel that was good value and in a good location. Near the airport but also in the heart of Andheri so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Proximity to the motorway was a concern but inside it was like an oasis - zero noise. Roof top terrace and pool was a bonus. "
