"I was raised in Baker, and occasionally come back to visit my dad, and even growing up there, I always knew The Sunridge was one of the better places to stay. And that continues to be true for me. I know when I do need to go to Baker, this is consistently the best place to stay. "

"We loved our stay at the dog-friendly cabins. The view of the water out the front window of the cabin and the chairs on the front porch made the stay worth it! Wonderfully quiet atmosphere and we enjoyed watching the barges and other boats pass during the day. The lodge and the cabins are beautifully designed. The outdoor pool and hot tub are wonderful. Having a small kitchen with a hot plate was nice and we were able to make some meals, but it was a bit difficult. We didn't end up eating at the restaurant but it seemed like a nice atmosphere with a stunning view. We did enjoy our walk over to the nearby brewery. The trail passing by the front of the cabin is a wonderful walk as well. Everything inside the cabin was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and clean. My only complaint: I usually love firm mattresses, but these were a bit too much even for me. There is not much nearby, but it is a nice quiet retreat and I would definitely stay again."
