“This is convenient hotel for traveling ”

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”

“Excellent customer service from all. Fiona was outstanding! The early morning shuttle driver was splendid & quite funny! & a special thank you to the woman who checked us in and was very patient with the multiple changes we made with shuttle pick up! ”

“We have always highly regarded home 2 suites. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were nice. Our tv unfortunately didn’t work correctly, though we didn’t need to watch it as we truly only needed space to sleep on our stay. The only issue we encountered was due to the hotel being pet friendly, were awakened by a dog continually barking earlier than we planned to wake up. This was a bummer, but I suppose not everyone is a light sleeper and some may have not even noticed. ”
