“Gorgeous, classic New England property with a stunning sunset view from their front lawn. The bar and restaurant area were excellent. Just a few minutes drive to downtown Wilmington. The room for 2 had a cozy loft bedroom upstairs that was a welcome unique feature. My only minor complaint would be the room didn't have a fridge, but everything else was memorable and we had a great stay!”

Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. “Wonderful property! Check-in was effortless, and communication was excellent. The property had the southern charm my family and I desired, with ample space. The kids and our dog Rider had a ball. All the amenities you could think of, just in case you may have forgotten something. The quiet and serene nature of the property was beautiful, and I am so happy we chose to stay here.
