“not bad, no restaurant that I could see, but they had a snack / wine area that was reasonably priced. ”

“The hotel is beautiful! We stayed during a large festival. The team working were so responsive to our needs. Our Kuerig was broke and they had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. The shuttle and the drivers were awesome. Beds were comfy. The people working there were wonderful. Highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport.”

“Room was comfortable but refrigerator did not work we hen we arrived because it was frozen up. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done until the next morning. They said we could put food in their fridge until it could be fixed but it was needed close at hand for feeding a baby. I had also brought breakfast foods with us which needed refrigeration. When we arrived there was a sign that the pool was not working. The pool was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. There was……

“Really cool old inn. Our room was fantastic with all the modern conveniences. Included breakfast was quite nice. They need to improve the check in process. Apparently they only have one computer and the other person was using it to book reservations for someone two months out. People were waiting for someone to seat them in the restaurant forever.”

“The owner was wonderful and lots of stories and funny anecdotes to share. The room decorations and furnishings attempt to capture the history of the jailer, but are a little dated. Breakfast was marvelous, the outdoor pavilion beautiful. There are several restaurants and the shopping district within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend the Jailers Inn.”
