“Unique rustic property decorated for Halloween. Little contact with the hosts, but they were friendly and more than accommodating. Breakfast was served to our room promptly at 9am our first morning and was yummy. They made us a "to-go" breakfast for the second morning because we had to leave before the 9am serving time. Firm, comfortable beds. We were not advised about the stairs and vintage, uneven pathway to get to the entrance; my 87 year old mother needed assistance to manage those.……

“This property is beautiful and well-maintained. Just lovely throughout, and the grounds are wonderful. We saw deer wander through, a resident peacock (but never heard him!), a gorgeous red-shouldered hawk all from our balcony. Each morning at 9:00 they leave a basket outside your door with a lovely breakfast - VERY nice! The only suggestions I might have would be replacing some of the antique/vintage furniture (Buena Vista Suite) with more practical/comfortable items. A nice ruby red love seat……

“This was a special treat! A tiny town with a big heart. The service was excellent, food delicious and the room comfortable. Plus, a huge bathroom. There is also a game room, DVDs, free coffee and tea as well as snacks. Plus, a gourmet breakfast included A served next to a very unique fireplace. ”
