“Hotel Room very small and not proper clean and Toilet is very small and not clean...”

“My beautiful (extra large) room at Saba Haveli transported me to another time and place in Jaipur. Perfect place for a romantic getaway or as a solo traveler, a peaceful oasis amidst the chaos of Pink City. The family and staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The other guests I met over breakfast were also wonderful. I loved my stay! NB: the property was being renovated in parts so there was some rustic charm to the whole thing...not manicured gardens or a finished roof but I didn't mind. ”

“Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about……

“Although the hotel is located in isolated area, close enough to the city center and the airport. The room is clean enough even for Japanese tourists, hot shower is available and hotel staffs are so friendly and supportive. ”

“This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. They refused to offer any compensation or upgrade when confronted with the email. Thankfully, expedia provided us with some compensation. Great work by the……

“Ficámos hospedados numa suite deste Homestay de 8 a 10 de janeiro de 2025. A limpeza, o conforto (cama, almofadas, dispensador de água filtrada, casa-de-banho, serviço de pequeno-almoço no quarto à hora indicada na véspera, etc.) e a simpatia e disponibilidade da Poorvi e do seu empregado são inexcedíveis. Trata-se de um homestay muito bem cuidado, limpo, organizado e com um ambiente muito tranquilo e agradável. O que destoa claramente, pela positiva, dos restantes hotéis e homestays do Rajastão……

“Everything was amazing! ✨✨✨ The staff, especially Shantanu, couldn't be more helpful. Very good English so easy communication. They responded to our messages and answered our questions very promptly. The location is good and very quiet. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooftop space is also really nice for relaxing 😎”
