“Location was excellent, we walked to Rimjhim Indian restaurant for dinner - 2 mins away - lovely meal. Hotel right in the centre surrounded by shops. Entrance to hotel off the main road, quiet. There is parking which is very handy, just note the entrance is a bit narrow, just be careful. One night stay, bed very comfortable, would visit again”

“It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK ”

“Stayed 1 night to catch early ferry next morning...wouldn't want to stay longer No remote control for television . No toiletries I think you get what you pay for . Room we used had a small kitchen area with nothing in cupboards, empty fridge space , Free car park good ”

“Bit of a pain having to check into a different hotel before going to the one I actually booked. But for the price it was fine, clean and tidy. Very noisy though with traffic outside and people walking about on creaking floorboards and every door slamming. ”

“A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. “We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings. There were a few minor down points, no broom which was much needed also no mop and when you have a mostly open shower it makes a difference, the bed……
