「前台的服務品質很好，十分熱心、主動提供協助。飯店早餐、下午茶都蠻好吃的。較不足的是，雖是禁菸，但，旅店內還是偶爾會飄來菸味，衣服上也會沾染到味道。」

「This hotel is more like a motel. It is close to the newly built subway and staff were lovely. My only thought was that there needed to be more english speaking staff particularly if they wanted to attract overseas guests. All in all I was incredibly comfortable here.」

「Let me start with I didn’t think about getting into Beijing so early in the morning and how to check in when it was so freezing! We booked a car to pick to drop us off and it was a very smart decision as we wouldn’t have found it without the drivers help! We arrived at 530am and woke them up and they only took cash as a payment which I didn’t have so they could have refused me on both of those issues but they didn’t worry and gave us our room which is above and beyond... the room was average but...

We had to walk the streets for more than hour to find a hotel that would allow foreigners. The hotel still took the payment from card.」
