“Friendly staff. Good location, close to Weidikon tram and train station, just 1 train station away from Zurich main station. We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment, the kitchen and toilet are old but very clean and fully equipped. The apartment is in good size, the bedroom is very spacious, the bed & quilt are comfortable. The only problem was the hot water supply, there is no hot water on the first two days. Besides this problem, the apartment is quite perfect for us. I”

“酒店地理位置方便，鄰近市中心，距離機場半小時的車程。酒店房間夠大，特別是廁所浴室。還很貼心贈送了一粒朱古力再床上。酒店的早餐也不錯，如果可以更多選擇便更好。前台職員態度很好，但餐廳職員的態度有待改善，態度惡劣的問我們要喝甚麼，還呼喝我不能用夾煙肉的夾子夾雞蛋，要求我用手拿雞蛋，太不衛生了吧。但我在第二天看見了專門夾蛋的工具可供使用，根本是職員在第一天忘記放的，還要責怪客人，實在無語。”

“The staff and services are excellent, especially the Front Desk staff Ms Lira. She is very cheerful, friendly and considerate. The hotel room is out of our expectations, very warm and made us feels like at home. Location is good as well - highly recommend!!”
