I was expecting what the pictures show. it is beat up, dated, holes and burnt spots on sitting areas, not hygenic. it was dated.
Landlord is super nice, but i wish unit had a better appeal.

The area around was not the best my bike was stolen from the street ( the Abus lock was cut )

good location
It was good because it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Old Town. The interior was clean, but there were some parts that needed repairs. It was a bit inconvenient to check in using a machine. Also, parking was cumbersome. The space was relatively spacious, so it was good for a family trip.

The property was advertised as luxurious, but certainly was not. It was just OK. The apartment was relatively clean, but no air conditioning and very hard mattress. Quite a large kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Very noisy construction outside.

Chi è il personale?!?
Non ho visto nessuno del personale ... in più serviva un codice per entrare e ovviamente quando ho prenotato non è stato dato questo codice ... Il check-in si effettua da una macchinetta e a sua volta data una scheda per entrare in appartamento... noi siamo stati fortunati che dopo aver provato 50 volte il codice che c’è scritto sulla prenotazione e arrivato un ragazzo che ci aiutato ... ha chiamato il proprietario e ha dato il famoso codice ... che ovviamente io non avevo ... a parte questo piccolo inconveniente del resto è un buon appartamento posizione abbastanza buona ..

I had difficulty checking in as the vending machine to access the cards was not accepting my reference number but despite it being after 8pm on a Sunday evening when I called the office they sent someone over to look into it and he was very helpful. It took about 45 minutes in total to get it sorted.
I was there on one of their hottest weeks and there were no fans or air conditioning which made it a little uncomfortable but our clients said it was an exceptional week for temperatures (above 30 degrees), I suspect 95% of the time this wouldn't be an issue.
The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious with good facilities and less than a 5 minute walk from the Tram stop taking you in to central Zurich in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.
The wifi was quite slow though, ok for browsing but when I needed to do work I ended up tethering to my phone.

This is Luxery?
Automatic check in did not work and I had no cell phone with me. Machine haad run out of cards. They should provide a direct line or buzzer at the terminal. No air condition and it was 30 degrees Celsius. Laundry machine did not work, Walked five times to the nearby office to get manager to come look, always coming in ten more minutes. Finally told him we were checking out and would be asking for a full refund. With that he returned with me and agreed it did not work. Wanted us to stay in the room we were in but use machine in another room. He did not want to give us the other room because he did not want to have to clean two rooms, but we had not slept in the other room, maybe used one hand towel. He finally relented and moved us to another room, two hours wasted after we had first moved in.

Neben der tollen Lage und der super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, sind es Details die dem positiven Eindruck trüben. Der Zettel, der einem androht bei Nichtabwaschen des Geschirrs vor Abreise werde eine Reinigungsgebühr von 65 chf die Stunde fällig, über wackeliges Mobiliar, sichtbarer Schmutz on den Lamoenschirmen, den fehlenden Batterien in der TV remote bis hin zur Nicht vorhandenen Garderobe und einem Check in Automaten der zuerst die Reservierungsnummer nicht findet und sich dann bei der Erstellung der Schlüsselkarten aufhängt. Und somit einen 30 minütigen Check in bei 0 grad aussentemperatur bedingt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das immer jemand erreichbar war und auch in 5 minuten vor Ort Hilfe leisten konnte.

Good apartment in great location
Stayed for a business trip - great location for central Zurich and apartment well presented with good facilities and well appointed. Self check-in process was mostly smooth but I did not initially receive the codes needed from the owners so had to chase this up with hotels.com - worth noting before visiting that this code is required.

Convenient
Very convenient! Great to have a well functioning and clean kitchen while on a business trip. Well connected to public transport. Will go again.
