The apartment is just around 15-20 minutes walk from the central station even with my big luggage, road is smooth so it wasn't hard. We arrived early around 1pm, couldn't get our keys with our keycode thinking that we were just being early so we went lunch. Return after 2pm but still couldn't get our keys, tried to call the customer service yet the line is busy even tried 5 times. Here we met two other guests who couldn't get their keys as well. We thought the key machine has broken down and finally we were able to reach the customer service and we had to wait for 20 mins in the wind for help. While we were waiting, another guest arrived and could get her key!!! We were shocked and furious!
A lady came to help, figured out that the other guests' booking got messed up and she handed them a room which is still available. And my turn, it turned out that she said the code provided by Expedia is not correct and their company has another code for the key!!! They did not even send me an email for that! What if i dont have a wi-fi machine or a local phone that I have to make international call to their customer service to ask for help? I think the booking management is a bit messed up and it not only wasted our time waiting for assistance but also it's not a pleasant experience to wait anxiously in the wind...
However, the room is well-equipped and clean, can't say spacious but comfy.
Whether to recommend this apartment... to be honest, i am mixed...
