"The hotel is definitely 4-5 stars but location is inconvenient if you want to use public transportation such as bus or MRT, but the free shuttle to the MRT was a plus when we learned of the service. The check in staff did not mention this service was available. Breakfast buffet was below standard for 4-5 star hotel. It was also expensive with limited options for the price. "
