「The staff handling enquires through Expedia is the only saving grace of this hotel. She was most helpful to my enquiry to buy long distance bus tickets. Of course i understand that I am paying a budget price but to have baby cockroaches crawling out of the crevices in table in the room is petrifying, dirty and scary. 「The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily. 「Hotel was closed! Myself and my colleagues were left having to find another hotel, as we left the airport and found out there were no rooms for us, even through the booking was confirmed on Hotels.com We're now liaising with Hotels.com for a refund. As we didn't actually experience the place, I'm not best placed to comment on the service levels, condition, cleanliness etc. However, the system won't allow me to leave a review without doing so.」
