This hotel was recommended to me as I was looking for a hotel in this area with an indoor pool for my grandson. My first surprise came at the check-in when I was informed they didn't have roll-away beds (I had requested one weeks prior to our stay), nor did they have a bigger room that we could upgrade to for an additional fee that might have a pull-out sofa. When we got to our room, we discovered the toilet didn't flush, so we were given a new room. The toilet did flush there, but it sounded like a jet taking off every time it was flushed.
So, we went to check out the indoor pool, only to find that the water was so cold we couldn't stay in more than a few minutes.
Then we decided to play a game we had brought. There wasn't a big enough table in our room that had chairs, so we went to the breakfast room to play, only to be told that we couldn't play there, or in the lobby either. They said there was a table in the pool area with chairs, but as it had slats in it, we knew our small game pieces would fall through. So, that didn't work either.
Back in our room, we had noisy neighbors and a yappy dog. We reported these issues, but there wasn't much improvement.
"Breakfast" was a huge disappointment as well. There were very few options.
The staff wasn't very helpful with any of these issues, and we all left feeling frustrated and unhappy.
I would NOT recommend this hotel.
