「Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there.」

「Very nice property and the management company was VERY responsive to all communication. The kitchen was well-equipped and we prepared multiple meals with ease. 「Our 2 week getaway was top notch!! The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you could think of for appliances in the kitchen. The owner sent us links to videos on how certain things worked, for instance the TV, the golf cart, etc.This was the best!! Communications and response time with the owner was top notch!! 「We had some friends come to visit and the house was perfect for them. Clean with plenty of room. Although our friends didn't use the golf cart and bicycles it was great to know they were available. Owner responded quickly to messages. Would definitely rent again.」

「The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. 」
