「My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. It was shocking how unfriendly this guy was and when when we told him we had booked with Expedia, his disdain worsened. The gentlemen informed us that he needed payment up front for the room and...
