Weekend getaway for family. Close to home, but relaxing!
My family enjoyed their stay. Good getaway close to home. We would have liked to have the property to be mowed near the lake. May try to be closer to a bigger lake area next stay, we love to fish! Thanks for everything, it was a pleasure!

Good-bye to Grade School
7 Mom’s & 7 kids came to spend a weekend together before all the kids go their separate ways for high school. This was the perfect place for our get together. The access to the water, water toys, and house accommodations made for the best weekend.

Weekend Getaway
The property is perfect for a weekend away with friends or family to celebrate any occasion! The location inside innsbrooke is ideal if you plan to have guests that came up for just the day. Bryan communicated promptly making the check in and out process very smooth.

Bachelorette Paradise
I booked this place for my best friends bachelorette party and it was wonderful! Even though it was March and we couldn't enjoy the outdoors, staying inside was just as fun. The cabin was so cute and cozy and had everything we needed. The first night we had some issues with the heating, but I contacted Bryan and he got it solved immediately. He also walked me through how to start the fireplace which was beyond helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Innsbrook. My friends and I want to try and come back when it's warmer and we can take advantage of the water!

This is a great property! We had a Wonderful Weekend!
We would definitely stay here again! The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Great central location as well. The only minor hiccup was the WiFi was down (but that could have been my user error) which in the end didn't matter because it kept my kids off screens and back outside! Great family memories were made. Thank you!

Quiet and Relaxing
We stayed for a short getaway weekend. It was a really convenient location to the entrance and also the golf course and club house. We were here over Christmas weekend so we didn't get a chance to check that out, but we went exploring on trails and it was amazing! We loved being able to bring our furry family member. She had a great time as well as the rest of us! Very relaxing and quiet.

I gave the property 3 stars for cleanliness because a sewage drain pipe was broken underneath the house (you could see the ponding water under the house) and the smell was bad when we were outside. It drifted all the way down to the fire pit. The inside was very clean. Despite the sewage smell, we had a good time during our stay. We went to the pool on Saturday to avoid the smell and if you had a fire going in the fire pit, it covered the smell as well. The property owners were always responsive when we texted with questions. The pictures were accurate.

Girls Weekend
A group of us stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend! Inns Brook has became our favorite place to get away for a relaxing time! Great View! This house was exactly what we wanted and would love to come back with the littles as is is equipped for children or adults! The kitchen was very nice & had a lot of what we already needed! Lots of space and clean area! Would definitely come back!

Had trouble communicating with owner. I sent notes on VRBO site, some answered. Code to get in, directions and rules went to my Spam account, so I never saw them until I got home. Had to call Bryan for code. Had water leak in utility closet, called Brian and he had it taken care of right away.

Wonderful time! Beautiful, peaceful lake and back porch with rocking chairs. We used the peddle boat and kayak as well as the fire pit. Lots of games and toys for the kids.

Overall attractive decor main level and great location. Upon check in noticed melted or torn grill cover, missing glass and screen on back door of screened porch; notified owner just as fyi. Late first night had trouble getting front door to lock and notified owner. Second day discovered dirty interior paddle boat and kayak, cleaned them and used on Lake w/o further issue. Late evening discovered grill side tray covered in a pile of dead bugs as we prepared to cook dinner - opted to cook inside with oven/stove...opened stove drawer and found bones... chicken bones?? Gross. 2 minutes later greeted by mouse in adjacent bathroom - no surprise with food scrap remains around from some previous renter. Next morning completely tidied up and followed check out procedure. As a courtesy I notified owner that we'd cleaned up from our stay, exited and locked up. Also noted issues discovered late the previous evening and requested response, adjustment to fee, acknowledgement of dissatisfaction. I was shocked by the abrasive, unapologetic response I received.

Innsbrook is beautiful
The gated community is really great and the quiet lake is really nice. This place is cute but there were dead spiders in the fridge and there were no instructions for checkout and a MASSIVE cleaning fee.

Great getaway!
My family and I really enjoyed our trip and stay here. The house was the perfect size for our family and had pretty much what we needed to cook all of our meals at home. We loved being outside and being able to use the fire pit, paddle boat, canoe, and kayak. We would have used them even more if the rain had stayed away! Even so, we had a wonderful time at this chalet and exploring the hiking trails around Innsbrook. My family had a great time taking a break from our daily work and school grind and it was a perfect change of scenery for a few days. Thanks!

Overall a good stay.
Fairly clean. Bedlinens smelled fresh. Big bedrooms and comfortable mattresses. Bathtub up stairs was great. Shower on lower level did not have good /hardly any water pressure, cookware was in bad shape but there was a variety of utensils. Very nice wood burning stove but I was leery of using. Bedrooms were hot (heat rises) but downstairs was a little cool. Lighting and fans were were well marked. Playground was close and the kids enjoyed that. VRBO did not get entry code to us in a timely manner(Thanksgiving Day). But the owner of property was accommodating. They had a lot of toys, games and books to read.

Great place
I took a group of young adults for a few days to get away from the madness of today. Immediately upon arriving everyone was like wow. Everything was great aside from during the day we could not cool the inside down. Air was on, doors were shut and the lowest temp during the day was 83 which is much too warm for my liking. Other than the lack of air conditioning during the day the place was great.
