"Very happy with their Silkara Suites’ service. Check in/out was smooth and we also requested for slippers, which was delivered to our room quickly. One of the shower heads was leaking and couldn’t be used. We called the front desk and they replaced the shower head for us. Everything happened within 15 min and was impressed.
