「The front desk attendant couldn’t have been less welcoming. Only knew about the Continental breakfast serving hours because I overheard her telling another guest. You are automatically charged for the in room safe whether you used it or not. She seemed annoyed when I asked for the charge to be removed from my bill. She is the first point of contact when checking in and needs a lesson on how to greet/treat guests. 」

「Our room was newly and handsomely renovated with a very comfortable bed and nice amenities. Our particular room was quite small (had to open suitcase on top of the bed) but I’m told they have other larger rooms. Restaurant downstairs is superb for dinner. No front desk; electronic check-in, but owners were responsive online.」

「This was a very unique place to stay. I didn’t realize it was contactless and everything for information was sent to me. I contacted the number if any issues not knowing what to do and they called me within 10min. I know I might be old fashion and prefer a check in person but I managed. It was actually a lil creepy at first because the store and lil coffee shop wasn’t open yet you could go in building and there wasn’t a car at place at all. The elevators are very slow but they did work. ...

「Plenty of room to defuse with family after long day at beach, on water, touring and shopping in Bayfield/Apostle Islands. Appreciated new bedding! Loved the Sauna! Owner readily answered e-mailed questions regarding problems with internet d/t Spectrum service issues. Appreciated presence of Smoke detectors. Would add to rental description. Also appreciated charcoal grill. Easy check-in and check-out. Mild carpet odor. Expected when allows clients with dogs. 」
