"This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner and there was mould around the edge. The door handle to the bathroom was useable but actually broken! Kitchen facilities were okay but no tea towel. We would probably stay again but the host...

"First impression was that the threshold at the front door was dirty. The whole house needs a deep clean. I felt pretty uncomfortable with the overall cleanliness. We had issues trying to get on to the Internet. Staff were quick to respond but not with the correct info. The style and decor of the house was lovely but cleanliness let it down We also had issues with the boiler, no hot water and a lack of towels. The 1 lift in the main hotel is also a. bottleneck at check in/ departure times. The TV in the bedroom was “elderly” and they deserve a revamp. Notwithstanding these observations we felt it was good value, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The gym facilities looked excellent."
