「We arrived with our booking confirmation, and were told we did not in fact r have a room and they were fully booked. They made no effort to help us find alternative accommodation and we eventually ended up checking into a hotel in Pietermaritzburg at 23.50 that night. Totally unacceptable.」

「It seemed the property was not ready for guests. The rooms and shelves were not very clean. The sink leaked and the bath drainage took a long time to drain. The stoves for cooking did not have knobs for turning it on. You could hardly see with the light in the bathroom when we arrived. The sofa was torn and squeaked. Linen & towels did not look fresh & clean (very old).」

「Definitely different. Beautiful African beadwork, artwork and spectacular wood furnishings. One could spend hours soaking it all up. Our arrival was disappointing. 「The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.」

「Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. By chance, I met with the proprietor of this establishment - Like her staff, she was ultra friendly & inquired about my stay experience. 「Great Location, out of the city, but not far from shopping center and local restaurants. 30 minutes away from Durban. Checking-in was easy, and the room was spacious, and the lady receiving us was helpful and guide us where to find food close by. Breakfast was good, and sufficient, service was very good.
