I thought that the property was clean, and pretty well maintained. I don't typically write anything as excellent because then it would have to be perfect, so giving four stars is very good in my opinion. I appreciated the many towels and places to sit in the pool area, but I was not fond of always having to find a front desk person to come and turn the lights on every time we went into the pool area. Plus, the sauna switch made a weird noise when we turned it on so we turned it back off and didn't use the sauna. The room was nice but I did not feel it was worth the amount we paid for it. It was a standard two-bed room.

Very friendly staff, nice pool for kids. The room was not deeply cleaned. Lots of dust, stained mattress in the pull out couch which we needed to use. Very cheap uncomfortable mattresses with thin mattress protection pads- felt like cheap motel mattresses. This hotel needs some updating for how nice the staff and facilities are the rooms should reflect that. Our shower also would not drain quick and would back up quickly to standing water during the shower. We also could hear people opening and shutting their curtains next door or above us and could hear people urinating above us in their bathroom. While during our stay the night it WAS quiet, just be aware if you get a loud neighbor you will hear everything.

Our team stayed here over the weekend of Nov 1-3. We liked the quiet hours rule at 10pm because we had early games. We also like that the hotel promptly dealt with the other team staying there when their players were running the halls and knocking on doors. We appreciate the quick attention to that. The pool area was great and the attached restaurant with a lunch buffet was great for the team! Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Hotel rooms were clean. Thermostat is extremely outdated and the bed and pillows are 5 years past their prime. For $200 a night I would hope to not be sleeping on motel 6 quality bed and pillows.

Great location. But would not stay here based on proximity to the restaurant next door as it was full of fruit flies. Property and staff were fine. You must have the sign on your door to request your room be made up by 10:00 a.m. or must forgo it for the day. Maybe they told us and I forgot but I don't recall that. Otherwise it's a fine place to stay.

Loved the pool, hot tub and sauna! All worked great. Tons of crumbs in hallway on old, dated, dirty carpets. I tipped anyway, but there really were excessive foodstuffs all over 2nd floor common areas. Shower smelled musty and much like unwashed linens. Room was nice. Comfy beds, great sleeping conditions, quiet and dark. Breakfast was a sad state of affairs. Lukewarm coffee and microwaveable sandwiches.

Everything was nice. We were near elevators, ice machine laundry room etc and a room across the hall was a bar/ gathering spot for a wedding and it was quiet. A bit stuffy when we entered our room. It disappated with the air on for awhile, and the hall had a chlorine smell from the laundry. Everything was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with their “continental breakfast” that included croissants with eggs, cheese and sausages or bacon /ham, hardboiled eggs muffins toast yogurt cereal milk fruit and more.

Felt that the room was not as clean as it could have been, there was dog hair/fur on the carpet, and the mirrors were pretty dirty with a noticeable haze and wipe marks. Perhaps a different glass cleaner could be used.

The hotel and everything was great and clean. Breakfast was mahh... our room was fantastic. It had a patio the issue with that was the wasps they where everywhere. So we couldn't use it. We will be coming back here because of that rest was great.
