「The location is only about 15 minutes driving from ferry terminal. There are only 5 minutes walking distance to Baudin Beach which the sunset is so beautiful.
The room setting does not really convenience which seems bit old. Lots of birds stay the trees next to the room which are bit noisy in early morning about 5:00 to 6:00a.m. We woke up at 5:00a.m. due to birds' noisy sound.
The B&B's owner is quite helpful and kind to introduce us everything about the room and the kitchen in next...

「We felt at home in this beautiful place, it was a a short stroll to the beach and high is perfect for anyone especially little ones. We spent hours playing and with a shed full of beach activities we knew we didn’t have to bring anything over from the mainland. 「Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky.
Close to Penneshaw.
A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay.」

「Don’t stay here if you’re expecting some shops around the corner. It’s 23 kilometres from the nearest town, but that’s the good thing about it. Out on a sheep station but with fabulous views over Backstairs Passage, a well equipped kitchen to cook in and a great outdoor deck area. An amble through the fields to a couple of completely private beaches. Swallows nesting in the garage. And yes there is a washing machine」

「Property was in a great location. Island beach is so beautiful. Very well equipped and the slow cooker was a bonus. Overall nice and clean, although there were empty bottles and cans all over the fish cleaning sink which we couldnt use. This was cleaned up however at the end of our trip. Beds were a bit firm for my liking but clean and warm. Had some visits by local kangaroos, wallabies and the beautiful birds on KI and also some local chooks!
A bit of a hick up when we arrived to locked doors...

「A good holiday lodge great for family with kids. The lodge has all the facilities we need. 200 meters walk to the island beach, very exclusive and private. Only recommendation is the lodge needs an thorough insect spray as my boy got many red dots on his face after the first night of stay probably due to insect.」

「I very comfortable house with everything we needed. Close to Penneshaw an easy drive to everything on the island. Baudin Beach is quiet and the family enjoyed sitting on the back deck.
