「The best thing about this property was the location. It was truly ideally located to everything in Williamsburg, couldn’t have asked for a better location. The home itself was cozy and nicely updated. The pool table was a great touch and fun to have when hanging at the house, and the reclining sectional was extremely comfortable. We also appreciated the TVs being smart TVs. Overall, we’d stay here again & recommend it for others. 」

「We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. 」

「The host who owns the property was excellent, responsive, and easy to work with. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome as the resort is managed by Hilton and the reservation didn't come up right away because I made the plans through VRBO. When check-in was complete, they sent me over to a salesperson to try and get me to sign on for a promotional extra night and listen to their sales pitch.
