I must recommend this hotel . I HAVE to comment Luis at the front desk . His customer service was excellent . I spent 1 night in CuraƧao and was so happy Luis answered ever question I even sat at the desk almost 10pm because of his hospitality doing my work but just being in his presence .I felt safe and comfortable. A must vist hotel just to see Luis . This only thing I was upset about is that I was hoping to get a photo with Luis and did not . But the service was great

The penthouse suite has a great ecstatic and has a lot of utilities inside the room with a good amount of space. The breakfast was tasty and a decent variety. The lighting in the bathroom needs improvement and TVs need to be configured properly as navigation on channels proved difficult.

Not a luxury hotel but well situated near the old town. Small kitchenette is practical if you don't want to eat out. Beware, shower uses ambiant water temperature and can range from lukewarm to hot. Overall a good experience.

Easy check in. Incredible interesting ā€œvillageā€. A little museum for the history (unexpected). Decor of sculptures from your preferal vision looks like real people so gives an atmosphere of people around when in reality itā€™s just you and your partner. Lending libraries. Very unique! Would definitely stay here again. Are only here for 1 night disappointingly because thereā€™s a lot to experience in the Ritz Village.

A nice, large and clean room. The fridge was a bit old and frosted up. Itā€™s ready for replacement. We broke a glass late one night and it would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan in house. These are small things. The staff, every one from desk cleaning and bar were absolutely lovely. Made for a great stay. Dani!

The description of the resort was very deceiving. The resort is more for college students if you do not get one of the apartments to stay in. Very dark old rooms.

Although clean it is nowhere near what was advertised. Basic accommodation No real amenities and staff was rather unhelpful - seemed to be more interested in smoking than ensuring guests had basic things like bottled water on hand after hours. Leaves a lot to be desired for when it comes to showering in the room. One tap and depending how full the hotel is you will either get freezing or scalding hot water. One tap so you can't even adjust the temperature yourself Will definitely not recommend nor stay here again if ever back in the area

This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two securityā€™s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean.
