「The hotel is very good; we’ve stayed there before. The front staff and bartenders were great. Housekeeping really dropped the ball this time around. It would have been helpful to know that they only come every other day. We called the desk asking for coffee to be sent up when we saw they had not come, so we could have some before our shower. At the same time we asked for 1 extra towel (they only provided 2). We received these with no problem. We did not have a soap dish, so we used a to go...

「We loved the vibe of the hotel itself. However parking was pricey, and a tip + tax on the tip was asked for each time the car was dropped off and retrieved. A bit noisy from road noise (a manhole cover was right outside our window and that caused a lot of noise with cars driving over it). Toiletries are on the wall and 2 of the 3 pumps barely worked. So pretty good, but not without its issues. 」

「Front desk and bar staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing we didn't like was having to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get a cup of drip coffee at Jackdaw. On busy weekends, perhaps an additional line could be set up for coffee? 」
