「Communication was bad as we had to chase 3 times for a reply to our messages and didnt receive info on how to enter bldg. I was told we would receive in 10 mins when I rang but didnt receive so had to call again. All floors were stained and grubby so had to wear shoes at all times. Sofa was delaminating and old, cups were not all clean. Bed sheets were clean though but rest of apartment was tired and needs a deep clean. No parking a available as advertised, there is a NCP a couple of doors away...
