「We loved our stay! The host was very nice and accommodating. The rental is walking distances to many restaurants and downtown. We walked to the river walk multiple times throughout our stay and it was very convenient. Would stay here again. 」

「This is a fabulous property and we greatly enjoyed spending our weekend here. We used the property for a business retreat and were happy to see a dining room large enough for the number of adults expected to be staying at the property (which is not common for rentals with more than three bedrooms). There was ample space to spread out when we needed a break and the dining table served as a conference table for our needs. The separate poolhouse is a nice apartment if anyone requires extra privacy...

「We stayed at this lovely home for a family reunion. The home was clean, the beds were comfy and the location is great! The house is located in a quiet and established neighborhood. The home is spacious and has many common areas that are perfect for socializing.」

「Oliva was an incredibly gracious host. The huildings were well furnished and comfortable. There is some construction in the area, but nothing that affected my sleep or daily life. I plan on staying here often when im in town!! Will always recommend this place to others as well」

「All of the things on the walls and around the house really gave the inside and out a lot of character! The spa in the backyard was just what we needed! The place also had a keurig which I was really happy about!」

This place has a unique charm with alot of iconic history that we really appreciated! The host was super great, and it was easy and affordable to Uber everywhere we wanted to go!」

「This house was spacious and comfortable. Living area had plenty of room and it had comfy seating for 6. The inside and outside fireplaces were really pretty. Kitchen was large enough to host Thanksgiving lunch on our visit. Beds were comfy with plush sheets too. Yard was perfect for the dog. Neighborhood was close to Pearl area, maybe 5 minute drive. The house has a security system as well but we felt perfectly safe. This house is on my favorites list for San Antonio. 」

「VRBO called the owner of this property regarding the death of who booked this house three weeks in advance and he still refused to refund the stay. The property is overpriced due to the proximity to the River Walk. Too many items in the house made it hard to keep track of your own items.」

「i loved the house itself.. Very up to date.. cute design and organized well... the street we loved on was ok but the route getting there is a bit dirty far as old buildings and raggedy houses. but overall i would rebook」

「My family and I booked this house to attend my cousins baby shower that was 15 mins away. Location was good and area had lots of restaurants and grocery stores not too far away. The house was like the pictures, though I wish the renovations inside were a bit more complete, because some things looked like they were bootlegged. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The amenities were great being that we had kids and they really enjoyed the fire pit and games in the backyard. We weren’t able...

「This house was the perfect place to host a friends-giving dinner! Spacious kitchen, large dining table and plenty of activities in the backyard. It was too cold to swim but we made smores in the fire pit, played some mini golf, connect 4, and jenga. The rooms are spacious and the decor is SO CUTE! 10/10 would stay again. 」
