「首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提」

「Lined clean and bed comfortable but room could do with a deep clean, especially the light fitting. Bathroom sink is so small as to be useless except for handwashing and as the porcelain suface is damaged should really be replaced for health reasons. Overall what one expects from a 2 star hotel.」

「Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...

「A 1 night stay at this well run establishment situated in a suburban street in Portsmouth. We opted for the secure gated parking, which was well worth doing. It is a safe well lit area about 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and pubs in town and very convenient for The Kings Theatre where we were attending a comedy show. The room was quiet and very comfortable. The staff were attentive and friendly and the cooked breakfast was spot in. We would definitely stay again. 」

「Such a wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. 5 minute walk from the pier and arcades, 15 minutes or so to both shopping centres ( Gunwharf/cascades ) with the theatre being even closer if that is included in your poa for your time away! Lovely clean rooms, quite a personal experience with only me and my wife with the owner at breakfast but we liked it that way. Would recommend to anyone and will be back soon! Also lovely bar and atmosphere for drinks in the evening.」
