"Very nice place"

"I was nearly get my feet hurt by sharp edge of the metal plate between the corridor and the washroom. Can't believe the door can't be closed unless I bang it when I get out. The lifts are extremely slow."

"Not 5 stars hotel at all but room rate is 4-5 stars hotel level. Room is not good: very old and feel dirty. Service at the front desk also not good enough. Overall it is only like a 2.5 stars hotel. "

"The suite i stayed in was lousy. The linens on the bed was dirty, for which i asked for immediate change. The air-conditioner in the sitting room was so noisy that I could not hear your own voice, the mechanics came and yet could not fix it. The wardrobe could not close tightly and with no light inside, i could not see my clothing hanged there without turning on the torch on my hand phone. Some lights could not be turned on and a promise to change to another room by the manager did not realize. I decided to move to an international 5-star hotel after the conference i attended in the hotel came to a close, though it meant losing two nights' accommodation i already paid for and was not allowed to be refunded. "

"The hotel itself is a bit old, hence it's exptected that the renovation or facilities in rooms are with ages and some might not function such as the mini refrigerator did not work. But considering the price and a variety of breakfast included, it is not a bad choice for one or two days stay."
