“Great room, lots of space and very quiet”

“Very attentive staff and management We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service. ”

“The hotel was clean & updated. The pool area was clean. The fire alarm went off the morning we were leaving & staff handled the situation the best they could. They walked around the parking lot & updated us until we were able to return to our room. The only complaint I had about the room is the beds were very hard. Our van got hit overnight in the parking lot, but with the issues going on already that morning, we chose not to report the incident. We would stay here again, but would look for a……
