Modern 2 bedroom caravan minutes walk to fabulous beach

This 2016 Willerby caravan offers a fantastic base for a great holiday in Norfolk. Situated on the Pinewoods Holiday Park, it offers very comfortable accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite toilet, and the second bedroom offers 2 single beds.

The living accommodation seats 4 comfortably and has a dining table and four chairs. It offers all the amenities you would expect from a quality caravan including a built in oven and hob, fridge freezer, gas central heating (hopefully not needed!) TV and DVD player and a well fitted kitchen.

The caravan has a large outdoor decking area which enjoys the sunshine all day long. Its also full enclosed and dog friendly. There is a large and very comfortable dining set for four people and a gas barbecue.

Check in over 1 hour late due to caravan not cleaned. Didn't get in until after 5pm. Carpets and sofas need cleaning. Very stained. Lots of ants in the caravan. Even in our beds. BBQ thick with grease so didn't use it. Location excellent. Size of caravan excellent

Super stay in sunny Norfolk
We had a lovely stay in Wells next the Sea. The location of the caravan is great, so close to the beach and the super Beach Cafe. Pinewoods had a really nice feel to it too - very clean and quiet. The caravan was great - spotless and well appointed. We were a bit hot on our last night when the day time temperature had been 32 degrees but I think we’d have been hot anywhere! Lydia was a great host, very quick to reply to any questions we had and very helpful and reassuring through the Covid period - we’d booked long before Covid arrived and weren’t sure for a while if we’d actually be able to go ahead. Thanks for a lovely break Lydia and all the best for the rest of the season!

Excellent static Home from the inside to the outside
We have just returned from Pinewood holiday park in Wells next the sea staying in a beautiful home from home static home, so much thought has gone into this home making you feel so special when you arrive until you leave, the enclosed balcony with beautiful flowers all around you and excellent comfy furniture for you to laze about and enjoy the excellent weather we are having. The kitchen was so equipped with everything and more that you needed to really enjoy your stay. There was so many extras involved that you needed for nothing except nice weather. We walked and ate and drank and our little schauzer loved it too We didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to return well done Lydia

Beatifully presented, well positioned and amazingly equipped static holiday home.
We had a lovely stay at this Static and having visited Wells many times over the years can easily state this was the best! Just minutes from the pinewoods and beach for walks but still really close to the town for shopping and eating out; though cooking was a pleasure as the kitchen literally had everything you need. Every detail was thought through equipment wise...for instance we visited a nature reserve and so were able to take the 'two' pairs of binoculars provided! We simply can't recommend this static highly enough! Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Wonderful holiday by the beach in a lovely propery
This property’s best feature is how close it is to Wells beach. It was so easy to just pop to the beach and the kids loved it. They enjoyed swimming in the sea, playing in the sand and collecting shells. We also loved cycling and rowing at Holkham and crabbing in Wells quay. French’s fish and chips were extremely good and there were lots of lovely restaurants and pubs to choose from in Wells. The caravan was beautifully presented and very well maintained with all the facilities we could need. My only comment would be that that WiFi is not very good and that should be made clearer on booking. We all enjoyed a lovely relaxing week by the sea and would definitely go back.
