「Absolutely fantastic hotel staff. We arrived late into the night after the M was shut down because of a bad car crash. They happily opened the kitchen to fix us sandwiches since we were on the road all day Sunday and food was not easy to find after 6 pm. The major issue was the room itself. The furnishings need to be updated. The bed was hard as a rock with little padding and low to the floor. The pillows were thin and provided little support. The towels left lint all over your wet body...

「My wife and I had a lovely time here. Samuel's Heritage guest house was very comfortable and quiet. Our room was very spacious and clean. The house sits on a hill on its own deadend road overlooking Waterford and the river, beautiful views. You don't hear a thing at night. It's about a 10 minute drive from the city centre. For breakfast there is everything you could want and plenty of it. Susan is a very welcoming and attentive host. 」
