Wonderful weekend getaway
Geneva and Peter’s backyard cottage was wonderful. It was exactly like the listing and extremely clean. Parking is a breeze (and free!). They truly thought of all the little extras you may need - toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, makeup wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc. and a few little snacks and chocolates! The bed was very comfy, the only thing to note is that the bedroom does not get very dark if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Our three night stay was all too short! This gorgeous cottage definitely makes the short list of our all time favorites. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming -- very clean & tranquil as well. The location was just about ideal for our needs. Wonderful stay!
This place is a beautiful property tucked away so you feel like you have privacy and a quiet atmosphere to relax. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants and perfect for wanting to explore DC due to its proximity to the sites. The amenities were very generous as well with spare toiletries and snacks. We are grateful to have stayed here and would love to stay here again.

Perfect Little Work Trip
We had a fantastic stay at Geneva and Peter's property! The owners were lovely and very easy to deal with, always providing quick responses. The property itself was exceptional, even better than the pictures. With high ceilings and plenty of light, it felt spacious and inviting. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Very quick trip to DC
I needed a place to stay for 1 night but I needed to check in early due to my flight. The property manager was great and very accommodating with my needs. Communication was easy and quick. The place was very clean and honestly fantastic. I cant say enough good things about the rental. I really liked the neighborhood, I went for a quick walk in the afternoon and its a very nice area. If I come back to DC I would stay here again for sure.
