renters.pl ist ein Betrüger, Wohnung ist eigentlich OK, nur nicht immer sauber.
Ich war schon 2x in der Wohnung. Beide male hatte ich mein Haustier angegeben und trotzdem wurden mir am Ende zusätzlich 50,- € Strafe berechnet. Habe ich beim ersten mal leider übersehen. Der eigentliche Vermieter Renters.pl ist nach meiner Rechtsauffassung unseriös bis betrügerisch. Es wird ein Hauseingener Umrechnungskurs benutzt, und dann wird trotzdem direkt in EUR abgebucht, was immer ca. 9-10% mehr ist als das was fewo-direkt anzeigt. Direkte Kommunikations ist nicht möglich, auch fewo-direkt verweist hier auf die unmögliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Wohnung selbst ist toll, besonders wenn man sie sich erst mal selbst sauber macht, die Endreinigung muss man trotzdem bezahlen. Ich werde sicher nie wieder bei renters.pl via fewo-direkt etwas buchen, hatte bis dahin sonst keine Probleme mit fewo-direkt...
