「I stayed at TY Newport as TY Magor had closed for the Christmas holiday, this wasn’t a problem they gave me plenty of notice telling me I was being transferred to TY Newport the staff there was very friendly and helpful and the hotel I know is new but still very nice place to stay,I will be returning to this hotel if the prices are right.」

「Nice hotel , nice breakfast, nice staff, however my onley point is this. The steps leading up from the street into the hotel are far to steep, a handrail in the centre of the steps would help an elderly perso enormously.」

「All in all this was a good place to stay. However, on Wednesday evening I was bit able to get a drink from the bar. I has to say quite loudly "excuse me" to get the attention of two people who were standing behind the bar and discussing a problem. Then when 8 asked fir a half of Guinness the man said "there is no Guinness" and reverted to his discussion. I gave up and went to my room.」
