Guests enter the property through the rear from the parking area straight into the Kitchen.
The Kitchen is modern with granite worktops and has everything you may need for your holiday - Electric hob, Double oven, Large toaster, Microwave, and standalone fridge freezer. There's also a small breakfast bar for 4. Just off the kitchen is a handy WC and a separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine.
Continue through and the Living/Dining room is long and spacious with comfortable seating at one end and a large dining table at the other. Exposed stone work and period features such as original range cooker (non functional) give the room a lot of character. There's book shelves filled to the brim as well as an open fireplace to keep you cosy in the winter evenings whilst watching the smart TV and DVD player.
For those with aspiring musical talent there's a piano in the living room and many of the Oil paintings on the walls are by the Owner and are available to purchase. Contact your Host for information!
Head up the carpeted stairs to the first floor and ahead of you is a light and spacious wet room with shower, vanity unit and large mirror.
The first bedroom has a King size bed with rear aspect, ample storage, period fireplace and TV.
The second bedroom has a King size bed, open wardrobe, period fireplace and looks over the Rock road.
The third bedroom has a single bed and also overlooks the front of the property.
Upstairs on the second floor you'll find 2 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There's a rear facing double room which is light and airy with stunning views over to Porthilly as well as a family shower room off the hallway.
The last bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 single bed, perfect for children/teenagers.
To the rear of the property which is the main access (Either accessed by side road or through rear double doors) there's an enclosed area with terrace and outdoor seating. Perfect for outdoor entertaining or cooking a BBQ after a day on the beach. Further there is a separate games room complete with table football and storage for water sports gear.
Dogs are allowed subject to a charge and agreement to the house rules.
