「The property is unique (fun to watch the episode on Fixer Upper) and met our needs for an overnight stay and place to chill after graduation ceremony. Note that parking is limited and house is on a busy street. It’s an older home (despite the remodel) so there are expected signs of age. Note there are two steps into the main living area (which was a hardship for two of our guests).」

「We stayed in a precious little white house in Waco & it was all we needed. Cute kitchen, 2 bedrooms,Keurig coffee maker, and comfy couch. We loved that it had a fenced in parking area which made us feel safe and an ice maker in the freezer. The King bed could use a mattress topper, since it is very firm, but other than that, loved this place! 」

「This house was perfect for our family group of three; we each had our own bedroom/bath. We loved having wine and appetizers on the deck and were happy to have a well-stocked kitchen especially with coffee! 」

「Beautiful treehouse inside and out! We stayed during freezing weather and it was still cozy and accommodating. Sweet animals on the property greeted us and made it so special. Super close to all our Waco activities.」

「My mom, sister and I were looking forward to a fun girls weekend. While we were still able to do that our time started out rough. When we arrived at the house we walked through it first. It was very dirty…hair in the beds, the bathroom was obviously not clean(urine on the toilet and hair in the shower) ,and it appeared most of the floors were not swept/mopped. We were able to contact the number given and did get a full refund. But was a damper on the start of our weekend.」

「We came in for the weekend to attend the Baylor vs. Kansas game. The house was absolutely perfect! Great location, very clean and we couldn’t have asked for better communication with the host(s). 10 out of 10 for us and we will definitely be back!」

「My partner and I spent three days on the property. We needed a few days of R&R and we loved spending our time here. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The place had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and communicated timely with helpful information and resources for our stay. We did venture out to Waco a bit and the distance was just right. We hope to stay again soon!」
