「We chose this for an FSU football weekend. The house had plenty of room for our group of 7, was very clean, and had a great outdoor area with a firepit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. The house next door could use some work, but the neighbor was very friendly. 「Yellowfin is a wonderful place to stay, quiet and cozy and super clean… The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need… The neighborhood has a few great places to eat and drink, and there are a few new stores opening soon… Best of all, the owner is a delight to work with- she clearly cares that you have the best experience there… I’d give this place 6 stars, if it were possible…!」

「This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! 「We had to evacuate from our coastline central Florida home, facing a Cat 4 hurricane. We found the retreat here and it was heaven. The home was clean and comfortable. The yard and grounds were so enjoyable. We asked to meet our host, Carolyn because she was so gracious and kind. The stay became more a “vacation “, rather than a nerve wrecking event. We can’t wait to go back and stay longer and enjoy more of the area! The home is also well equipped with many of your needs.」

「Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house.
