「We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. This saved us time and money looking outside of the hotel for breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too. We spent each...

「Le complexe est très propre et bien entretenu par le personnel. La nourriture est bonne et varié . Le restaurant Grec à la carte est très bien aussi. La formule snack près de la piscine enfants est très pratique. Le moins la température de l’eau de piscine 20 à notre arrivée et 22 à notre départ dans la piscine olympique. La plage n’est pas trop loin mais il n’y a pas de plage attitrée à l’hôtel. Les transats sont payants et il vaut faudra remonter pour consommer boissons et autres .」

「Dora was amazing! She helped us plan some great day trips. More local traditional Greek food at the dinner buffet would have been appreciated. Our room was very damp and smelt musty. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have asked to be moved if staying longer. . 」

Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.」

「It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most」
