"This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. "I am a solo traveller. I love the quality of this hotel and feel very safe in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In October 2024 I had a room with a single bed. It was hard to sleep as it was so small but on my trip in March 2025 I had a double bed which made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The food is amazing as is the spa area. I would highly recommend any of the Kaltschmid hotels, I have been staying in their hotels for 25 years."

"We were able to check in early on day of arrival. We had a double superior room with a wraparound balcony, which had a fabulous view of the valley both directions. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower, room was very clean with remote control operated blinds on outside to shade it from the sun. Breakfast looked superb but didnt eat there on this occasion. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we hope to return in the future."
