「We had a lovely stay at this property. The architecture in the suburb was so lovely. I have been to Perth before but usually stay at an hotel in the city si was so pleased to see the heritage cottages in the area. The parks were so close too. Delightful experience. Marcia」

「房客素質不好，半夜還有人在走廊大聲喧嘩，早上五六點也是，隔音不太好，房間內都能清楚聽到走廊上的人談話！」

「thankyou my sister & I had a nice stay. The house was very central to everything to get around as we like to walk alot. Just for next time the kitchen needs some bowls only had one other than plastic for cereal in the mornings. As I contacted you concerning the air conditioner in the lounge room was on but not much heat coming out we couldn't video this as it was the heat not working. Thankyou we did like the accomodation alot. Kind regards Carole Moss」

「Throughout our stay we had spiders in our bed and roaches in the living room. There was worms on the wall. House was in need of a pest control and outside area needed to be cleaned properly, bathroom tapes were all rusty and hard to open and close. When both showers in use the 2nd shower upstairs water pressure completely dies out. Garage remote doesn’t work at times you have to shake it around and hope it works. Only one set of keys were given even though it’s a 3b house and 4 adults. 」

「Me and my friends stayed at this place for the weekend to celebrate my birthday in the city. The convenience of the location helped me get to my birthday dinner on time. It’s a lovely place, lovely neighbours and great atmosphere. I would actually book this place again if I need somewhere to stay that’s close to the city. 」
