"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. "We stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, the only downside food is not allowed in the room. However the hotel restaurant is pretty good. At check-in our room did not have any towels, we were told it was in the wash. A couple hours later we still didn’t have any towels so when my husband attempted to ask the front desk, there was no one there and he just helped himself to the pool towels that were sitting on their counter.
