「Outstanding country property in triangle between Flanders, Wallonia and France. Pristine property with unique detailing hosted by attentive hosts. Sumptuous European breakfasts amid panoramic views. 「The rooms were clean and big in size. With the good beds you get value for money. Location is quiet and not much to do around in the evening, but great to go out for a bike ride or hike. The check inn at 4pm is a bit late but they’re very fleixible with the check out if possible. The host was a very kind and gentle The had diner at the restaurant and food was good but bit pricey At the end we enjoyed our stay very much and was good hotel for a cycling weekend」

"Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here."

"Very easy to reach from train station. There is always receptionist(s) there which make us feel safe. Bad smell of smoking goes to our room until mid night when the restaurant close. We request for extra hangers and it takes a whole day to deliver to our room until we remind the front desk for the third time. Overall, it is a nice hotel to stay for traveller, easy to go around the city. "
